2003
Dear Federation members and Patrons.
CFSA Appointments
Mr John Riggall has been unanimously co – opted
by the CFSA Executive to the position of Vice Chairman of the Federation.
John is the present Chairman of Raleigh S.A.C. and I am sure that
I speak for all Federation members in welcoming John aboard.
Life member, Mrs Alma Everett, who stood down as Cup Custodian for
2003 has now decided to continue in the position as no other nominations
have been received from the Federation members. Alma told those present
at the May 1st General meeting that she would never let the Federation
down and sincere thanks to her in the making of this decision.

Kenwyn S.A.C. have drawn a bye into the next round
The draw has been made in two halves in order that
clubs with two teams can have one team in each half, thus avoiding
fishing against each other until possibly the final.
The first mentioned team ( underlined and highlighted ) is the home
team, who, by the rules should contact the away team to arrange the
times and venue by mutual agreement.
Each team Captain will receive a set of the rules in regard to the
competition which is designed to encourage friendly competition between
clubs, so lets try and keep it that way !!!
