Howdy,

First of all ... the miniatures displayed here are not trying to be exemplary images of Golden Demon ... they are to give you the proof that you can make table top paint jobs look good and have people stop and comment. Yes, I can paint with greater refinement and to far higher levels but I want to inspire you to lift your base level of model to one you'll be proud of without spending your life painting :]

I won't be putting any tutorials on regarding the high level painting, nor will I be putting any images of the resulting models ... other people have produced excellent tutorials and guides that I couldn't hope to match ... so, if you want Golden Demon standards and tutorials ... go look :]

Examples of time vs results ... the Necron Warriors took 10 minutes each ... the Imperial Familiar took 2 hours ... not much when you consider I can spend 60+ hours on a refined model that is awesome in photos but negligibly better on the table top - in many cases the 'cartoon' shading techniques to promote better photographs looks decidedly bizarre on the table top.

I haven't put any tutorials or hints/tips online yet as I will await feedback or requests and then start ... it's up to you ...

Finally ... remember that these images are compressed by 30%+ and so may show flaws/distortion that doesn't exist and the colours may be nothing like the originals unless your system has been calibrated to show true colours (very rare!!) ...so, if they appear very light/bizarre/dark then adjust the brightness contrast of the image so they appear 'sane' and you won't be too far from seeing them as they really are.
