Please note that meeting times may change depeding on arising matters and the evenings guest speaker.
The Chesterfield and District Referees Association holds its society meetings on the second Monday of every month except in June when there isn't a meeting.
These meetings allow members to discuss problems that they may have or to discuss match indidents. It also allows members to buy supplies and pickup appointments. For a full list of the benefits of joining the Referees Association see the benefits page.

Meetings start at 7:30 and finish at about 10:00. The times will, as stated above change from time to time depending on the guest speaker or other issues arising. For obvious reasons, if the guest speaker would have to travel a fair distance it would not be fair to start too late.
The course of the meetings is usually as follows:
7:30 until about 8:30 - Problems that are arising in the area and normal meeting formalities. i.e. Treasurers reports, correspondance in and out.
We then usually have a ten minute break for members to refill their glasses, chat to other members and buy supplies from our supplies officer.
8:35 (ish!) - Guest Speaker. The society tries to get as many guest speakers as possible who give talks on their time refereeing or give a training session. The society organises speakers like Nealle Barry, Phil Joslin and Uriah Rennie to make the meetings as enjoyable as possible for members.
