Proceed down the Dual Carriage Way until you come to the roundabout at the end. Again, take your second turn off (effectively going straight over the roundabout) past the Home Base store and under the bridge until you reach another roundabout.

Take the first turn off onto the main road. Go past the new retail complex on Markham Road. Go straight through the traffic lights and stay on the same road until you reach another roundabout. Take your first turning again up towards the sport centre on Boythorpe Road.

Take your first right before the traffic lights onto Dock Walk. Carry on up this road until you reach the Unicorn Tavern about 500 yards further.

Coming from the North (from Junction 29 M1)

Come off of the M1 at Junction 29. Go right around the roundabout and take the fifth turning to Chesterfield. You are effectively coming back on yourself at this turning.
