An application for holiday accommodation can only be booked on return of a signed copy of this form

An initial non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rent payable must accompany this form

The balance of the rent is due on your arrival

The rent quoted is for whole weeks and these run from Saturday to Saturday

Lettings are available after 2pm on the Saturday of your arrival. You must vacate the property by 10am on the day of your departure

The accommodation booked shall be used solely for the purpose of holiday occupation

We regret that pets cannot be accommodated

The applicant shall be responsible for ensuring that on leaving the flat the furniture, furnishings and equipment, etc. are in the same condition as on arrival

Any damage, breakage or loss must be immediately notified to the proprietor and you will be liable for any cost involved

The proprietor, or any person in their employ, shall not be liable for any damage, loss, injury or sickness, howsoever caused, which may be sustained by any member of the hire party
